Liju Sam Rajeev

A career built around learning.

My work brings together learning strategy, leadership development and practical ways to help people learn.

I am a Learning Manager at Amazon UK. My experience spans aviation, retail, commercial training and operational learning, alongside teaching, facilitation and writing.

I am interested in what helps people change how they think and work, and how thoughtful use of AI can make learning more useful.
