Learning that connects with work.

My interests sit where learning, people and practical change meet.

Learning and AI consulting

Understanding a learning need comes before choosing a tool. My work connects learning strategy, needs analysis, programme design and evaluation with practical ways to support performance.

In AI consulting for learning and teaching, I focus on research, planning, content development and reflection. Source checking, privacy and professional judgement remain part of the work.

Facilitation, teaching and speaking

I work with adult learning, facilitator development and train-the-trainer programmes, in classroom and virtual settings. A useful session gives people room to think, practise and relate an idea to their own experience.

My background includes developing trainers and supporting MBA teaching and assessment. Speaking and teaching interests include learning practice, AI, leadership and the conversations that help groups move forward.

Leadership development

Manager development often comes down to everyday choices: how to give feedback, support someone’s growth, respond to change or have a difficult conversation.

I use models as ways to examine those choices. Coaching conversations, situational leadership and relationships at work are recurring areas of interest.

Team-building and collaboration

Shared experiences can help a team notice how it communicates, makes decisions and works through disagreement. The learning comes from what people do with those observations afterwards.

My approach connects experiential activities with structured reflection and everyday work. The Facilitator’s Edge offers resources to support that process.
